He combines experience of running a municipality with managing projects and consultancy firms. Since 2007 he has prepared and managed projects, including for multinational corporations. Having served as mayor and deputy mayor, he understands how municipalities make decisions and what they need. In wind farm development he brings the ability to lead a project from the first concept to construction and to find solutions that work for both the municipality and its partners.

He has been involved in the wind energy sector for nineteen years. As Director of Development and Operations for wind farms, he led projects in the Czech Republic, Germany and France: from site identification and land acquisition through project management to long-term operational strategy. He was responsible for the operation of wind farms with a total capacity of 300 MW and for projects in the pipeline with a capacity of over 1,000 MW across several European countries. At KONCEDO, he draws on his experience of the entire wind farm lifecycle. He knows what a project needs at every stage to succeed through the permitting process, during construction and throughout decades of operation.

He brings twenty years’ experience in procurement and project management in an international environment. During the launch of a new plant in China, he led procurement, production planning and logistics. He managed the relocation of production between countries and procurement projects across the EMEA region. He complemented his technical background by studying Law and Business Management at Nottingham Trent University. At KONCEDO, he is responsible for procurement, international projects and implementation. His added value lies in his ability to integrate suppliers, technical requirements and the organisation of deliveries into a functional whole.

A specialist in strategic and crisis communications with experience ranging from technology start-ups to multinational corporations. He has built communications departments and been involved in brand management. His particular strength is working with central government, public authorities and other institutions. He has brought to KONCEDO the ability to explain a project clearly, listen to the parties involved and align their expectations with the company’s goals. He helps create room for an objective dialogue, the foundation of lasting trust in the places where we work.

She has more than twelve years’ experience of office management and of preparing and reviewing contract documentation. She has been involved in dozens of public tenders and selection procedures worth hundreds of millions of Czech crowns, including projects in energy, construction and municipal infrastructure. Her legal training gives her a sure grasp of the details that contracts depend on. At KONCEDO she runs the back office. Her experience helps keep documentation, contracts and individual project steps consistent and clear for all partners.

He has worked in financial management, controlling and internal audit for more than twenty years. After his time at the audit firm KPMG, he spent over ten years as a senior internal auditor at major insurance companies. He led audit engagements, assessed risks and proposed improvements to management and control systems. He holds the international Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification and studied finance and accounting at Masaryk University. At KONCEDO he is responsible for financial control. He brings an independent view of the figures and risks, so that every decision rests on verified data.
